Sustainability for us means taking responsibility for the impact of our operations and supply chain on the environment, our people, and the communities we work in. It’s about making thoughtful choices that balance business needs with long-term benefits for the planet and society. We know we’re not perfect, but by understanding where we stand today, we can take meaningful steps to do better tomorrow.

Here are some steps we’ve taken so far on our sustainability journey:

• Transitioned to an all-electric forklift fleet
• Installed low-energy motion-activated lighting in our warehouse
• Moved towards paperless processes wherever possible
• Increased recycling efforts and reduced waste
• Sponsored the Saints Foundation to support community initiatives
• Raised funds for charity, with the company matching employee contributions
